What is Paint Correction?
Paint correction is the process of removing surface defects, swirl marks, wash marring, holograms, water spots, oxidation and fine scratches, by carefully abrading a controlled amount of clearcoat with a machine polisher. The result: a paint surface that looks better than the day it left the factory, with restored depth, gloss and clarity.
For any car that will receive PPF or a ceramic coating, correction is not optional, it is required. A film or coating applied over uncorrected paint permanently locks in every defect for years. That's why paint correction is included as standard in our protection packages, and offered as a standalone service for owners who want to bring their paint back to its best.

Questions about paint correction.
Yes. Applying PPF or ceramic over defective paint locks the defects in for the life of the product. Correction is included as standard in our protection packages.
A well-executed correction removes only a few microns, typically 3–8 microns depending on defect depth. We measure paint thickness before and during work to stay well within safe limits.
Correction is permanent for the defects it addresses. New wash marring can appear if the car is later washed incorrectly, which is why we recommend the two-bucket method and pH-neutral shampoo.
Single-stage correction starts around AED 1,500 for a compact sedan. Two-stage and three-stage corrections for damaged or larger vehicles scale from there.
A single-stage correction takes 6–10 hours. Two- or three-stage corrections on larger vehicles can take 2–3 days.
Correction addresses defects within the clearcoat only. Deep scratches through the clearcoat require paint repair, which we can arrange with a partner bodyshop.
